Kevin Mauermann is an accomplished individual living in Puyallup, Washington, with a dynamic, professional background spanning over the course of two decades. Since December 2012, he has been the active President of The Mauermann Group, a commercial real estate acquisition company. Starting out as a Branch Manager in June 2000, Kevin was responsible for handling sales and marketing strategies, maintaining the current client base and overseeing 40 employees. In May 2002, he was promoted to Director of Operations, which allowed him to manage the daily operations of four locations, oversee the development of two more locations and direct the company’s strategic direction, operating performance and marketplace success. Throughout his time in this role, he achieved annual growth rates in excess of 20%. In January 2008, he was promoted again to Account Executive. He achieved annual sales revenues over $12 million. In this role, Kevin Mauermann responded directly to customer concerns, developed solutions to those concerns and assisted in the collection of outstanding customer account balances.

He served as President of the Coalition for Nalley Valley Business Development from 2005-2010. Additionally, he co-chaired the committee for Tacoma City Council on Homeless Encampments in 2006. In the same year, he also co-chaired the committee for Tacoma Chamber of Commerce’s Total Resource Campaign, which he repeatedly volunteered for until 2010.
